Actually not really the first......
Microsoft launched to retail the new Sidewinder X8 Bluetrack mouse..... 4000 DPI Wireless AND cheaper at USD 99.

But in terms of sleekness and branding, Razer still has the upper hand in my book

In addition,
An earlier version of Wireless Gaming Mouse is the Logitech G7.

I think in the near future for competative wireless gaming mouse,
it will be :

MS Sidewinder X8 vs Razer Mamba.

Hope we'll have review (by experienced) for the above 2 products in this forum.

Yeah, but we can make it another way. It's the first gaming mouse which included both wired & wireless modes.

just fyi, ban leong's products from now will apparently have stickers on them.
so u will know its not a parallel import product like what others are doing.

also the reason why they wont really entertain walk-in rma that much is cos of parallel imports also.
unless ban leong in good mood or something, then with enough proof then should accept it.

Yea, kinda off topic here.. but one thing i like abt X8 its that i uses NiMH AA batts, which its easily acquire (not to mention, much cheaper too) and it lasts pretty much similar to those mouse using proprietary lithium batts.

Cheers smile.gif

Er, the new X8 Sidewinder Bluetrack mouse can also be wired or wireless as well...... with a snap on plug connector almost like the Mamba....
