American Express  laugh.gif  (seriously)

The bag i got was shipped directly from a factory in Setapak (if my memory serves me correctly, could be somewhere else). It only has the American Express logo on the front. Built quality is quite good. Not using it laptop. Instead i use it to put my school books  smile.gif

Wonder UOB Platinum is easy to apply?
*
I used to have their preferred platinum card. Their starting credit limit is only RM15k compare to many other bank which is RM20k. I guess it should be easier to apply.

This morning I received SMS from SCB. They say that my application for JustOne card was approved & I notice that is SCB online banking too. It was not there yesterday. Do they really work on Sunday?

One more thing they seem to be generous with credit limit. They give me almost 50% more CL than the highest CL that I have previously.

Hopefully I get the RM50 early bird.

My experience, DA cards do not need to call CS prior to go overseas. Transaction went smoothly.

I just call MBF to ask about their World Mastercard. Their CD says that now it only open to existing MBF card holder. They need at least RM200k per year of income & spending about RM100k per year to get an invite.

can anyone enlighten me on which bank :
can apply credit/debit card online ( no need face to face )
can verify paypal
the fees
which bank no need to have a bank acc first

thanks

Many bank can apply online now such as uob, public bank & hsbc but you still ned to fax or hand over your supporting documents.

To apply for credit card you do not need bank account.

Guys =/ I made my mind either to get Petronas CIMB or Maybank card..

But then I hear about these cashback cards... Any of those cards that have no annual fee & for fresh grads like the Petronas card?

If none I must make my mind either CIMB or Maybank Petronas card. Which will be better? 2% rebate or treats points?
*
CIMB Petronas have 0.5% cash back. For me I like cash back.

QUOTE(FD2r @ Jun 13 2009, 01:14 PM)
call their cs twice b4 i apply last week, has been told if u want more rebate 'limit', u can always apply another sup card, as every approved card/sup card will have 600 annual limit. not per 'account holder'. so, each principal can actually apply up to 5(if my memory serve me right) sup card, so 6x600=3600 rebate per year. any1 done mind to cal them and double confirm on tis again..

still waiting for my principal & sup card to b here...
*
Yes, that what their CS told me too but remember that each supp card you need to spend RM7k per year to avoid paying AF.

Were you referring to CIMB/DA? I remember DA sent me a pre-approved Mastercard which I never applied for via normal mail. As for other banks I dealt before such as MBB, HLB, Citi, Alliance and SCB, all of them sent me CCs via Poslaju.
*
No. My previous experience, Affin bank & UOB send by normal mail but the cards need to be activated before usage.
