Card sifu,let say if i wanna call up and ask for annual fee waiver and my card expiry is on June 2009. I shall call them before annual fee appear on my statement ot after it appear on my statement? Never call up before normally i just cancel it,this time i wanna try to ask for waiver.

You started with International bank they are more strict to get approval for new user. You can try to apply for local bank like Alliance bank,Cimb , Hlb and etc.
