Sorry sorry, coz i saw somebody reply using empty bar, so i tot 20lbs or 30lbs will be lighter since the normal bar is ard 44lbs. ><

So far i think the best method to track ur progress is still measuring ur waist line. I drop mine from 36 to 33.5. It is all about diet, tune it nicely and eventually the result will be awesome.
