I've spoken to the young chap today. He is not 18, he is 19. And he's been doing this for 2 years now. First year wasn't serious, following year yes.

And, spoken to another regular gym member (been doing this for more than 5 years (on and off, that's why). I last saw him was 3 months ago, he's busy with work. Apparently he is just, just slightly smaller a little than the arabian guy who had been doing for 4 years+, both same height). So he is washing his shaker, I "hi" at him, and he said, "You've lost quite a lot of weight eh?", I said yes. We've seen each other before when I just started early January. Then I told him, it is time for me to gain muscles. Then we talk a bit about diet, workout, supplements. He also gave me some advices on how to grow bigger. His arms should be 18", arabian guy 20". If there is a chance, I wanna introduce both of them to each other.

Arabian guy is BF13%, the other guy should be around there as well, both are quite lean. They are not interested, got other better things to do.

Arabian guy is currently getting rid of fat by doing cardio, and using Hydroxycut at the same time. tongue.gif

I was surprised when he told me he doesn't even have 4 pack. BF13% is quite lean. He did showed me his fats, lulz! laugh.gif

Me think the smith machine barbell is less than 10kg.

The standard barbell is around 10kg, and the longer barbell around 15kg - 17kg. Most people round it up to 20kg. laugh.gif

Fat is useless man. Some of the regulars here who did this more than 1 year+, but when the take off their clothes, the fats are still there. They can do chin up, dips and etc. But body shape, toning is not there, other word = fugly.

Like what most people do, you go to gym definitely you want to gain muscles and be strong, but what is your long term goal? You want to look fugly like that forever, even if you can bench press 100kg or 150kg?

Now I see them doing cardio almost everyday, but to no avail, no difference at all. They should cut first before bulking. The bad side is the fats around their body is too much, BF around 30%. If they cut now, they are going to be kucirat again.

Some of them have big calves, but when you look at it, you can see there are fats around the calves area.

You want to be a lean big beast, not a fat ass beast.

That's quite true, that is why arabian guy who's into this bodybuilding for 4 years+ doesn't even have 4 pack. Because he told me that, he only focus more on strength all this while, then recently he cakap wanna focus more on cardio to get some nais abs. I think he neglect abs workout last time, lawl!

I didn't look down on anyone, people who workout are hardworking people. I just feel that they don't have proper goals. It's up to them, doesn't concern me anyway.

* Today is my first attempt of 110kg squat, hopefully I can make it at least 4reps.

Here it goes again. I don't have to prove myself to anyone, like I said before I don't give shit whatever you wanna say, that's my style. If you know me well in person....

That because you've not seen the real thing. Whatever it is, if you are in the gym, do not underestimate the person beside you.

You will never know me.

The funny shit is that, whenever I post something and I did not even mention any of the nicks here, all start the flame throwing against me. That's great, continue doing that. I don't feel anything.

I have my own perception, so STFU. I can have my own say. You can't accept it, then GTFO. No one is forcing you to read or accept what I've posted.
