The big arm guy is there today again. He is not an indian nor mix. He is an arabian, but a malaysian, speaks fluent English. laugh.gif Goes with the name Taib.

Today he did chest, I tolong him again 90lbs. This time he did 8 reps, 6th rep onwards I helped him to push his elbow. FF only got max 95lbs dumb bells.

Tomorrow he is doing back, if I'm able to catch up with him tomorrow, he'll show me his deadlift at 170kg. brows.gif Close to 400lbs.

If any of you are wondering, yes, I've read the STICKY threads but as I'm really really tiny(52 kg says it all), I am thinking to gain some body mass before some serious workout. I don't know where to start and am totally lost.

MY PRIMARY GOAL - TO WEIGH AT LEAST 65KG(not too far-fetched I hope)

Any constructive criticisms, suggestions or tips are welcomed.

Underweight doesn't mean you can eat crappy oily food. I have a friend like you, 50+kg at 180cm. Now he is at 75kg after 2 years. You need whey for sure.

You need to eat clean food, whack more healthy fat, like cheese. You can whack a lot of fruits since you are skinny.

Your ideal weight = 80kg max

Cheddar chese should be good. Eat yolks good for you too. Drink 1litre of milk daily, eat more egg whites, chicken breast and other protein.

You can visit any GNC outlet or go to any health store. Or go to The Curve, look for egonutritions. Do compare the prices first before purchasing, they don't come cheap.

Today I is managed to do deadlift at 80kg, around me weight. I'm very happy today, finally I'm able to do the correct form of deadlift. All went damn smoothly.

1st set = 50kg 10reps
2nd set = 70kg 10reps
3rd set = 80kg 2reps

80kg only 2 reps because I need to keep some energy for other workouts. I can do until 8reps but I stopped there. Effort level is about 65% only (I haven't scream yet lare, only some moan sound laugh.gif). Next week I'm gonna do 100kg. brows.gif


[Deadlift] for next week
warm up = 30kg
1st set = 60kg 10reps
2nd set = 80kg 10reps
3rd set = 100kg 5reps (hopefully, lulz!)

100kg should be 80% effort or close to 100%.

That mongolian warm up deadlift at 125kg? Is he nuts?

200kg not so soon, that's a lot of weight.

If next week I can do 8reps at 100kg, then 4th rep bonus set I try to do 120kg, 1 - 2reps. 1 rep also I happy already.

I think I got the advantage doing deadlift, because my legs are strong. brows.gif

Deadlift much easier than squat. Doing squat is like HELL sial. LULZ!

Arnold shoulder press is it? I rike it!

Some people cakap doing bench press using smith machine isn't good, because the machine is helping you, so not 100% effort. And some cakap you can't control the bar while going down, also tarak good.

Gym Rakyat not only poor facilities, they got no complete bodybuilder set in there. Since he rate 1/5, then kasi make it good and nais. But the public are paying at cheap rate, so if that money is enough to maintain it from time to time.... lulz!

They got no squat rack, the one near my place tarak.

The one near my place, I think they charge the public RM20 or RM25. Another gym, with better equipments and tool and etc. RM50 - RM60.

There are also other gym as good as FF, RM80 monthly.

Once my contract with FF is over, I cabut to other gym. RM170 a month isn't cheap, especially if I want to do it for long term.

I iz wanna ask, when you guise do leg press and squat, your both feet is straight or diagonal a bit? Which is correct and safe? I still see some guise doing squat both feet are diagonal.

How about leg press? Mine are diagonal. Some guise do straight.

Now I'm so confused.

My bench press is crap, always bench max at 50kg. My bar bell bench press is poor. Dumb bells bench press can feel the koyak orgasm more.

That gym rakyat damn chun sial. You should come and see this gym rakyat near my place. 10 times worse, LULZ!

Basket, got damn chun flooring somemore. By looking at it, the entire gym definitely not cheap.

There can shower or not? RM5 per entry is quite steep. Same as FF already. Don't they charge like monthly pass? Maybe RM100?

How about drinks? I think is expensive. But they do look new.

After my 1 year contract with FF, I wanna cancel my membership and go to some cheap gym. I just need to maintain only, no need so hardcore. I want to be incredible hulk, but mini size punya incredible hulk. laugh.gif

Guise,

Just wondering, what is the best muscle workout combination?

I always do chest and tricep, and I think it is effective because whenever I do chest, my tricep also koyak. But some guise commented that, I should do chest and bicep. What do you guise think? Does it matter? My workout program I took from bb.com and I think it is effective. But I already breakdown, the back, bicep and forearm. Back today, then bicep and forearm next day.

I think this is also important, whether you can grow bigger or not.

I think I wanna change my workout routine too. The arabian guy also did chest only today. Ok, today I managed to do 45lbs dumb bell bench press (6 reps). With the help of the arabian guy, he himself offer to help me but I kept telling him I can't, he said of course you think you can't because you never try it before. He helped me on 40lbs, 45lbs, and 50lbs. But 50lbs not even 1 rep because my left hand is shaking badly, already weak, right is steady. Before that I did 4 sets of bar bell bench press, incline 3 sets. Damn otherwise I think I Can do 50lbs. He said I can do up to 60lbs. I know I can but I've already used up my energy earlier. He just came right after I finish that 2 workouts. Then only I do dumb bell bench press.

Yea, again I tolong him at 90lbs. This time he do only 6 reps, 2 sets. Hahhahahaha, he is like the spotlight in the gym, whenever he start, all the regulars will stop talking/workout and look at him. laugh.gif He doesn't have any gym buddies here, he started bodybuilding at UK. So I'm consider his gym buddy now, and he is also my gym buddy now. But if he balik back to UK, no more gym buddy.

I tell him to take 95lbs, that's the heaviest dumb bell in FF, he said no more energy.

Dumb bell bench press is better, work on all the small muscles.

Next week hopefully can meet him again, otherwise I need to ask some guise or PT to spot me. My goal for next week = 60lbs.

I wanna do 45lbs, 50lbs, 55lbs and 60lbs. 4 sets. 1st and 2nd set = 8reps, 3rd and 4th set 6reps. Hopefully I can maintain this for a month, then I will increase moar.

Tomorrow ayam doing legs. I wanna do leg press 280kg/300kg 5 reps. Last week only get to do 1 rep.The feeling is like HELL, and definitely koyak my quads.

Maybe I do 200kg, 250kg, 300kg. Aiming, 10reps, 8reps and 5reps. 300kg 3reps also I happy already. Last week I didn't use full strength to do 280kg, because I didn't scream. If I really give my 100000000%, I don't care who the hell you are, I scream means I scream. Tomorrow I will scream for sure.

Oh yea, whenever he finish a set, I will call him BEAST! flex.gif laugh.gif

Earlier there was this mofo poser which I don't really like, very arrogant all this while. Then when the arabian guy come, he straight away STFU seeing him doing 90lbs. Farking poser earlier showing off, then when he saw the arabian guy, I saw his facial expression in the mirror, totally changed like he stunned with jaw drop for few seconds. I wanna beat that facka man, gimme 6 months time. I wanna him to STFU. That bugger body not to say very chun, but wanna lan si here and there. Obviously he started sometime back, no idea how long, but to me his body is nothing, I can be bigger than him in 6 months time. If you guise see this mofo in the gym, you guise will also say he is a arrogant fack low life retard. Wait la, you wait la. When I haz a pair of killer arms....
