For me, 1 glass of milk before sleep or 1 glass + 1/2 serving whey on workout day about 190kcal

People dont want to deadlift because they afraid of back pain. After I finish my deadlift, most of them ask, tak sakit belakang ke ? so I answer no.

choc milk too much sugar !!! BTW, how do you know that you consume enough protein ? Can you feel it or any indication ? Or any cheap check to determine you are on a positive nitrogen balance ?

For me, I will do cardio on separate days. If still want to do it, do it not in same session. Maybe cardio morning, weight lifting evening or night.

btw cutting is the most boring phase. sweat.gif eat less, less carb, need to buy more meat and it's expensive. rclxub.gif

I find that endo is hard to lose fat. Is there any endo elite bodybuilder ?

i've read somewhere if you want to bench press, you need to put your upper back flat on the bench and arch your back. I will post the source if I can find it again
