I'm right handed but weaker on the right hand for bicep curl. I try add strength to my right hand by curling more weight on right hand than on left hand.

how about bulk on some rice and some peanuts. Peanuts contains lots of calories and some protein also although the protein is not complete, you can supplement it with normal white/red meat. Any ecto willing to try this ?

braindead freak. Careful with KFC. If not mistaken they use trans fat to fry their chicken. Trans fat dont get spoil easily on high temperature

well since I'm beginner better to have les splits. previosly I start with whole body split, now advancing with 2 day split. After this going for 3 day split and stay longer there. How many exercise is advisable in a day ? maybe 8-10 ?

beginner should do strength training first, then proceed with full body workout. then 2 day split, then 3 day, 4 day until you reach very advance of 5 day split. that's my opinion

wow, i'm 63kg and I eat about 90-110g of protein a day. Should be enough. problem when cutting is you have to reduce the carb and calories. So you need to add other nutrient be it protein or fat. How about adding fat. Fat is cheap. What's the effect on eating fat btw. Strain the liver ?

8 kg is quite a lot of increase in weight. Do you eat anything you want or do you eat clean ?

bledig, do you breath properly during the lift. Exhale a bit at the end of exersion reps. I guess can reduce a bit of pressure from holding your breath all the way until the end of each set

it can be done, just need extra $$$$$$ to buy healthy food, motivation and proper diet and exercise. I manage to reduce my belly to sign of 4 pax. But budget is limited now, so bulking is easier
