nope it didn't hit me until the last rep and it's really a stinging pain on the temples

actually  don't feel like fainting but i did feel dizzy because of the pain

i felt like fainting and puking a few times before mostly when i do rows till failure...and it slowly build up one. This one strange...come out of nowhere. Anyways hope it doesn't happen again la..since its not normal haha

I kena last Friday, but actually, I was having headache since morning. I did take panadol like 2.30pm (2 white biji)

my workout was 6.00pm.

But was okay overall tho I felt alittle like puking at the end. I went heavier biggrin.gif I can squat 60KG now(with bar la..) alittle more till I can squat my own bodyweight haha.

Lets just say when i first started a month ago i can only squat the bloody bar +10kg...even then the bar shaky shaky already haha

now i can do 50kgs. I think for some weak ppl like me, we start really low but i think it goes up pretty fast

One question from a friend. Can leg press substitute squats? It does seem like the same form especially if you are doing squats on the smith machine? If not what else needs to be added to leg press to get similar benefits to squat.
*
Leg Press will still train the quads but squats is different because you also have to stabilize the bar and all. and pushing the weight back up is really a different feeling...much tougher i would say compared to leg press / smith.

Same goes for smith machine...the feeling will be different coz you dont have to stabilize the bar when a normal squat does.

This kid needs to get into weightlifting. He's built to. If he grows to 5'6", he'd be a good 77KG or 85KG weightlifter. Oh hell, since he's so strong and muscular, get him to 94KG's fine too.
*
Yea.. gifted kid. amazing tongue.gif
