Anybody know what is this exercise known as?
Use a weight plate, lifting it from the knee level to shoulder level.
Like using the kettleball swings. Tried that last night, not easy.

QUOTE(iamyuanwu @ Aug 7 2009, 04:04 PM) Huh? Tak paham, bro. Upright row? Clean? Front raise? DB swings? I will try to find an illustration later. It's not a row. I think it's like a front raise.

QUOTE(shanecross @ Aug 7 2009, 04:30 PM) Plate raises I think that's probably the right word. Is this a compound exercise? Seems a lot harder than other isolation exercises.

QUOTE(iamyuanwu @ Aug 7 2009, 10:50 PM) Kianweic, You mean this kah? http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises....ont+plate+raiseNot exactly a compound exercise. BTW, everything is hard if you load it up heavy. LOL! =D Yeah that one. Had trouble doing with a 20kg plate. Settled for 15kg instead.
