Anybody know what is this exercise known as?

Use a weight plate, lifting it from the knee level to shoulder level.

Like using the kettleball swings. Tried that last night, not easy.

I think that's probably the right word.

Is this a compound exercise?

Seems a lot harder than other isolation exercises.

Yeah that one.

Had trouble doing with a 20kg plate. Settled for 15kg instead.
