but apparently they dont bring in the DA feet even tho everglide makes them.

at least i got it rite. i thot the stock CH can tune weights. haha. but i think the weight tuning thing is a gimmick. who would want a heavy mouse rite?

The purpose of having a heavier mouse for FPS players is to have a more stable shot, where you won't move the mouse too much in times of getting the headshot.

Another thing I notice of the weight tuning thingy is that it actually helps the users to adapt to their new mouse, in case they have purchased a new mouse.

For example, a gamer is used to the weight of a particular mouse, when he buys a new mouse, he would want the new mouse to have the same weight like the old one, thus he can add in some weight so that the new mouse weighs and feels like the old one.

Like RMaliff said, some might not need them at all because the mouse weighs perfectly without any adjustments at all for them. Also, not everyone has the same muscle power. A mouse can be too light for you but too heavy for me. That is when the weight customization system comes in and shows its work.

My friend (a man, not yet a woman) just bought a pink Laser Ikari mouse 

I do like the options of the weights. But the Ikari is a much comfortable mouse for me. Don't get me wrong. The g9 is a very comfortable mouse. but the ikari is more comfortable than the g9 D:

yes, totally agree with you, even my DA that cost RM200+ can't even track at normal table surface. 

hhmmm...seems like everybody still onto roccat kone.....i'm at Uk right now, Nottingham to be exact....I tried finding the kone at PC World nearby my place..but I couldn't find any kones.......the other thing is that I've already done research on the kone especially in uk forums......the shocking thing that i've come across is the fact that the mouse wheel will break as it won't scroll or click(this problem may occur as early as 1-2 months of use)...the forum post is very recent, say jan-feb.....if you wanna know just type in google "roccat kone mouse wheel" then the 1st post already has it....i've post up in this thread before but it seems like not alot of ppl seen it....

Well...yes....becoz now i'm thinking of money over product .....should i get just very good mx518(1800dpi of course) or a new gaming mouse, SW, that is laser(may have tracking probs).....haiz....headache
