Are you referring to casa tropika for the up coming condo? and yah.. i think i agree with you. i think it will be crowded outside once this condo opens. the road going there is kind off shallow. I hope the management can control the cars parking outside the gate to prevent heavy jam. But overall I am still interested to stay here. Hope it open soooooon...

Wahh. RM 350 psf... Err. Anyone check the valuation dy? This is LH but I also feel it's look very nice, on par with Zest. But Zest a FH, surrounding and location better, at RM 380-390 per sq ft.

thats what i heard too.they said developer still new in market.Use a lot of cheap products. a ton of money spent in the victory of their lawsuit against the residence nearby which causes the delay in completion date. is it true ? Please verify.

Traffic condition nearby/outside zen? is it very bad jam during office hour?

If just outside, along Jalan Puchong, quite normal traffic. No jam.
Jam only along the LDP from Sunway toll to Tractor Malaysia...

so from zen to tractor malaysia no jam at all?

But once in a while there are some traffic jam at the DHL traffic lights. Could be due to something along the LDP...
