Hi guys! we are really interested to rent a unit there in Zen residences. Me and my wife are currently leaving in Sri Petaling but we plan to move to puchong area to be more closer to our office. We went last week to the condo but it seems is still not ready yet for occupancy. Anyone knows when this condo will be ready? Anyone wants to have there unit rented? Thanks.

Are you referring to casa tropika for the up coming condo? and yah.. i think i agree with you. i think it will be crowded outside once this condo opens. the road going there is kind off shallow. I hope the management can control the cars parking outside the gate to prevent heavy jam. But overall I am still interested to stay here. Hope it open soooooon...
