Latest photos. But the site looks very quiet. No activity on the front entrance which is half done ...

It looks nice although somehow it cant blend well with the surrounding.. hopefully this area will be improved with all the upcoming development in southern puchong

I believe the surrounding will gradually change. Just look at those areas surrounding IOI mall. Look back to more than 10 years ago and compare it with now. So much has changed.

I think these cracks r pretty common, seen so many at Puchong Sierra16 newly completed houses...and also at Aseana Puteri condo while looking for condo for own stay...those at Aseana much worse..

Btw, the place no so good, with nearby pasar malam a lot of foreigners etc..also the just completed houses opposite i think called Puchong Utama is way, way overpriced the agents think we r fools, 18 x 60 asking for Rm433k....

Yeah i ve seen few in some well known development. Mont kiara dev u ll lost count of such.

Wait until the agents quote u for the larger 20 x 70? Units, last time i went they asking for Rm688k, want to chop kow kow...many buyers especially malays complained that a big indian temple suddenly sprung up, not in the brochure when launching...also notice theres a big bus depot or service station further down, and to go in the smaller landed units, u have to pass a big monsoon drain

when is the key hand over?how much selling sub sales?

depends on what kind of cracks? due to shrinkage (superficial) or settlement (structural)?
for shrinkage cracks, just use the poly fillers & then paint over. If under DLP, just lodge your official complain to the developer and let them get their contractor to rectify

Hi guys! we are really interested to rent a unit there in Zen residences. Me and my wife are currently leaving in Sri Petaling but we plan to move to puchong area to be more closer to our office. We went last week to the condo but it seems is still not ready yet for occupancy. Anyone knows when this condo will be ready? Anyone wants to have there unit rented? Thanks.
