If ur pc restart, its either ur proc temp high so auto restart, u OC not stable or my best guess is, ur psu not enough supply. Wat kind of psu u using?

edit: just saw u did put stf50W. Well better get a higher wattage psu on the safe side, as for temps, load at 86 is . . . high for me, use riva tuner, increase ur fan speed of gtx275 during gameplay.

gtaiv doesnt stress gpu that much

it requires a multi core proc and high mem gc.

any restart is ure platform failure not gc

have you check your 12v current rating at the PSU. i read somewhere that you need minimum 40A at those 12v rails refer here . your psu suppose to be 36A at 12v rail refer here
test with other psu that have higher 12v current rating first.

U can put 2 of those but u won't be able to do SLi on that mobo since the chipset onli supports Crossfire.... U will be able to utilize SLi onli if the chipset supports it.... If u decide to do this, then u onli can use 1 GTX260 for graphics processing and the other as dedicated physx card....

Ai see.....Thanks. Since both also can CrossSli, I think Nvidia wins because of Physx. Have decided to get Gtx series.

Sounds like a case of overheating. Did you check your system temperature in BIOS's System Heath or your gc's temperature in nVidia control panel after a few hours of intense gaming?
