Deadlift- 1X10X60kgs 6X4X100kgs 1X2X120kgs Due to not training for a while my grip strength decreased hence my grip failed,I got frustrated hence so many sets with low reps.
Lats- 2X10X97kgs
Elbow started to hurt again so i stopped,guess I should have been more gentle on the weight curve.
