how come my RAM hard to put in and nid strength to push it in? got problem?

there is nothing wrong with ur ram. u'll need to apply some strength when u push in ur ram into the ram slot in order for the clip to clip on the ram and secure in place.

i think i pushed until i can feel motherboard wan to break
after put inside it, my pc keep restart after few second(u can hear the noise"beep" every 5 sec)
my 1st RAM was 677 kingston value RAM then i buy another(same brand and frequency, also value RAM but looks smaller(shorter))
is that not compatible?
