haha, anything that is metal n is on ground den u can earth ur body de, i used to assemble PC for customers when i work at low yat last time...i always get shocked by new casings maybe because of the static charge when i take out the casing from the box...but if for hardware, i really suggest u to ground ur body b4 handling parts of a PC, u might damage the hardware...

n for the USB n front panel wiring, i think its the most important as it can burn ur mobo after u turn on the power if u insert it wrongly, i have a few colleagues that burn mobos when they first came in to work...its kinda smelly, so make sure that those wiring r inserted properly

how do I assemble extra cooler on a pc? southbridge? northbridge? + heatsink? fan????
*
these heatsink varies, it depends on ur mobo, some r already equipped with a good 1, n some don`t really need to modify unless u overclocked it, but usually if u overclock it im sure u`ll choose the good mobo, which they already equipped it...some even dont have much space for u to put, u better check with ur mobo vendor or ask the salesman

i think i pushed until i can feel motherboard wan to break
after put inside it, my pc keep restart after few second(u can hear the noise"beep" every 5 sec)
my 1st RAM was 677 kingston value RAM then i buy another(same brand and frequency, also value RAM but looks smaller(shorter))
is that not compatible?
*
mounting the RAM needs a little strength, that is the RAM error problem, try to reinsert the RAM properly, make sure all the legs r seated properly n the clip is locked, try to push in as hard as u can, dont hold ur mobo while u insert ur RAM, put it on a balanced surface, like the mobo`s box, not a hard surface, den push it inside, if really cannot, make its ur RAM faulty

All the desktop value ram are stadard size...
*
