I called the above line and they told me that they no longer take seagate HDD for RMA so do you guys know where's the RMA center for Seagate cause I prefer to walk in, that'll be faster.

Ok anyway the address is still the same but how do I pay the return package, will they call me or something.

The packaging is a bit leceh but I think maybe do some simple packaging will suffice~
