have you checked with crystal disk health status?seagate provides the packing instruction
fortunately, i kept those anti-static bag, bubble wrap and courier envelope from previous purchase
they also provide complimentary pick-up service
i requested on 16 Mar, received confirmation email but the logistics partner (Tiong Nam) did not contact in advance for appointment
guess what, the logistics partner showed up the next day and collected
