I can login easily to my YM but not Windows Live Messenger.

So , what I'm thinking here is , it's not just the Celcom Broadband prob , but it's the WLM itself.

hm.... never get throttled before.... but already used up to 4.8Gb for this month..

Did you call them or online?

I don't know but I can connect to WLM easily via DiGi EDGE.

I also never got throttled but these 2 months, I got throttled without fail.

Wah fruitie , thats more like a Celcom speed though.

I'm using celcom broadband for abt 2 months now.. average speed around 40kb/s.. problem im facing is having trouble log in to YM and accessing my yahoo mail... im using celcom broadband only for browsing so quite good la.. as i do all my downloading work at my office broadband

every time i try to load forum site, i need to keep refresh and all i got is just blank...rite now im used gprs...its better after change to gprs..but its too slow...

Mine isn't that bad to be compared with yours except for the slower download speed.
Other aspects, I win yours.

ermm... youtube now i cannot watch most of video music, "this video is not available to your country" wtf. youtube also got banned ka?
