hmmm i think if u lower the FSB:DRAM ratio it'll help u to raise the HTT? that's what happens to me last time when i set the ram to 800...max can go only 230... then now when i set to 667 i was able to reach 300 @.@ .... but i oc ram saja lah... haha... but the HTT can be raised much better than b4..
