It's quite disappointing considering how good Shadow Broker was. I've played it. Very linear. Pretty shabby ending to conclude ME2. Looking forward to ME3.

I tried it for 30mins. The story didn't really excited me like Shadow Broker or Overlord. Shadow Broker, I couldn't stop playing. Even ME1's Bring Down the Sky was more interesting.

Shadow Broker was like a blockbuster. The Arrival feels so amateurish when compared to it. Script also feels very different.

Agreed... feels like a final money grab by Bioware/EA for the ME2 franchise

I tot they will have more character development for Admiral Hackett...

Nor does it contribute more lore to the ME universe....

But it turns out to be like any standard N7 side mission.

And the saddest part of all....

Just finished it. Script was disappointing. No unique boss fights. In-game cutscenes were amateurish compared to Shadow Broker. This whole DLC feels like a budget production.

I just wish they have at least done an Ashley/Kaiden DLC instead.

My turn happy.gif

Is.. fun and yet dissatisfied, not as good as the Shadow Broker, i admit, but then it give way for the coming ME3, thus the DLC name Arrival, so to me is not really an ending but an epilogue to ME3, that Reapers are coming into the Milky way.

And it's story is between good and bad.

I emphasis on the good more thou. Because i just rerun back from ME1->ME2->ME2:SB->ME2:Arrival.

it was like damn satisfactorily when i go through all of em till Arrival.

so all i can say is i want my ME3 now.

Arrival.. was kind of a let down.. considering how good shadow broker was. But at least we finally get to see Admiral hackett. The dude who was responsible for almost 80% of ME1 sidequests tongue.gif

Ok, so being a natural slowpoke, I just roused myself to buy Shadow Broker and Kasumi.

Now do you guys recommend Overlord as well? And Arrival for that matter, since by all accounts, it seems to be extremely short.

(Curse you Bioware store, for not accepting my debit cards and paypal.)

Well, at least it includes a new character and whatnot. Gonna get Overlord as well then. Probably gonna skip Arrival unless Bioware hints it might affect ME3 storyline.
