Hello Bro... Not yet getting any news from them. Already more than 1 month waiting here. How long have you been waiting there? Which position you are going for the interview?

1 month aswell.. . waiting for post senior exec business development.. how about you?

I applied for position in Sime Darby Shared Services department for SAP project. Still waiting. Is it usual to wait for long?

I applied for executive service with sime kubota.have been waiting for two weeks is it normal??should i call them?

How many stages of interview been done by sime darby normally?

Interview will most likely be in 2 stages. But even you pass the interview you are still required to pass the VANA test. Don't ask me for details, but I know it's quite tough.

Just a quick ask.

What is actually VANA Test?

I just go through 2 asessment from them
-First is face to face iv (with HR and a staff)
-Second is do an online test (Verbal & Numerical Test)

Fortunately,i just passed both of the asessment and yesterday they have called me for a second iv with GM after this RAYA.

Mind to share any tips bro?

I go through until last stage,But no luck coz they want only one suitable candidate for the position..

They called it as VANA Test...Have some calculation and some sentences..From the sentences they will give u a question..

Very tricky and believe me time is a big constraits here..so,calm down n relax when u did all the questions..

If u have a chance to go to last stages of their interview,the GM will show you your result of VANA Test during the interview ..

Hi, i just finished my 2nd interview with Sime Darby yesterday for SAP FICO Support position. They said, if i'm lucky i will proceed to next stage which is Online Assessment. What is this online assessment actually? What questions they will have in online assessment?
