I'm in Sime too, but my working environment and ppl around is very very stress... Even my gf who worked as a HR there needs to work till 8pm+ almost everyday...

Talking about salary Sime is just OK, bonus is good IF company perform well. Anyway, what holds me till now is the exposure I get in my job, get to travel around Asia quite often, even as a junior executive. Think about this, how many junior executive out there enjoyed such international exposure? Well, tat's the good thing for being big after all.

Interview will most likely be in 2 stages. But even you pass the interview you are still required to pass the VANA test. Don't ask me for details, but I know it's quite tough.
