Just came back from an outing and things look pretty consistent especially for the upstream bandwidth. smile.gif

If I'm not wrong they are focusing on their DiGi EDGE there more than their broadband service. hmm.gif

It isn't appropriate to say that it is the best but for now it still offers a better service compared to Celcom and Maxis. However, it would be interesting to see if they would be able to maintain their network when the subscriber base increases.

Well, since you know all this then you can by all means try DiGi Broadband. As this is very area dependent, there is no guarantee that the speed will still be excellent in the future but now everyone who is on DiGi Broadband is certainly flying with tremendous download speed. smile.gif

icon_idea.gif will digi allow to sign up if my address appear inside 3g coverage map but outside of klang valley?
*
Yes they will allow this but they will somehow keep on stressing that your area isn't under coverage and all sorts of things so that you are very clear that you might not be guaranteed good speeds.

No relatives around Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya to help you sign up for it first? To be coming down all the way to Petaling Jaya is really quite a long journey just to subscribe it.

There is no contract.
Digi wouldn't be so dump to leave bandwidth unmonitored, have revenue/customer lost...
