You will have to pay for the modem first before they let you terminate. Otherwise the bill will still jalan.

Correction: Maxis does. I'm using MAxis HS 3G now and uploading is always a big problem - it never ends! i.e. I upload a file to Rapidshare where I can see the progress, and it comes past the point where the "Uploaded so far" exceeds the actual file size. Imagine the frustration when uploading a 30MB file and have it continue uploading way past 60MB...

Wow massive termination. If DiGi still doesn't get it I don't know what else to say. I terminated mine eight months back amid frustration of getting 300Kbps within 3.5G coverage area - and was told that 300Kbps is acceptable as it is half of 700Kbps. WTH. Enough was enough.
