hi, i am on Explore 88 monthly quota is 10GB
already reach 9GB usage.

last night tried to download a big file (vista sp2 x64 version, size = 740MB)
but unable to download
tried to download the antivirus lates update also failed

later i use U mobile and no problem at all download the file.

could it be because i already near the monthly allocated quota.
that means when you reach the quota usage, you only can surf cannot download files?

additional info: I still can run utorrent, download speed is near 80KB/s (or 640kb/s)
*
Try off utorrent and download??? Hmm.... Or maybe u changed the proxy setting for digi broadband? My 0.02. haha

oh damn. the digi promotion in lowyat plaza last weekend gv me the wrong info. 1 guy 1 girl keep on pushing me to sign up, saying no 3gb cap for smartplan RM68.
*
There's no cap. 3gb just quota. As u exceed, they just limit speed. Cap means u reach the cap, you can't use. Playing with words.

last time i was in Ipoh using my laptop with Digi broadband .
The light on the 3g HSPA modem keep on switching from blue to green than to blue than to green again....
When the light is blue it is 3G/3.5G, green is for what..? 3.75G? or Edge?
*
It depends on ur modem. Have a look at its manual. It's listed in the manual.
For Huawei E160... is this one la...
Green light – you are connected to
the Orange EDGE / GPRS Network.
Blue light – you are connected
to the Orange 3G Network.
Cyan light – you are connected
to the Orange 3G+ Network.

Ignore the word "Orange" 3G is WCDMA, 3G+ is HSDPA

I'm postpaid subscriber. How do I know/check my Network ID i.e. 016/014-xxxxxxx? I only saw a long list of code on the SIM pack.

Call up digi and ask? You should request when you get the sim pack. Or maybe it's somewhere written on the receipt or...
