ok, you're using discover After the 3GB limit, you will be charged every 10MB at 15cents till you hit max cap at RM138 with 3.5G speeds
So in layman terms, within RM138, you get 3.5G, after that throttle to 128kbps

QUOTE(elico @ Jun 14 2009, 06:30 PM) well i have a question thou.. according to digi website if i take the Explore (RM108) plan, then i will get a free modem right, if i terminate the line before reaching 12 months, do i still have to pay anything for the modem? i kinda confuse with it... really am interest in the speed if on EDGE cover area... Pay the remaining balance of the modem example: 12 months contract, you use halfway 6 months, so the remaining 6 months you need to pay for the modem access fee which will be RM30 x 6 = RM180 This post has been edited by shinjite: Jun 14 2009, 06:40 PM

QUOTE(elico @ Jun 14 2009, 06:37 PM) so basically the modem wont be "free" anymore once i terminate the line within 12 months... exactly, its the termination penalty

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 22 2009, 01:25 PM) I can't use the 3G APN on my EDGE. Wanna try out but cannot. I knew this won't work. Yup, tested it and guaranteed it won't work XD diginet is only meant for data unlimited cards, if use it with 3.5g, can't detect anything but once tested it with DiGi's 3.5G APN, it works

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Sep 17 2009, 06:25 AM) I am wondering about pre-launch package. Why the download speed can goes up to 24Mb/s?? I thought the modem can only handle 7.2Mbps?? Lolz. But... How nice if i'm using that package. Really awesome speed. I am on prelaunch package and I can't even get 6.5mbps The ones who got 24mbps is darn "lucky"

QUOTE(tapr00t123 @ Sep 22 2009, 12:05 AM) The up to 14.4Mbps is the modem capability. Maxis and Celcom modems can go up to 7.2Mbps but couldn't get that fast depending on package. Don't get confused. Its not the modem capability Its DiGi's broadband network architecture
