Do you know of any other Payroll comps that are approved by LHDN?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks smile.gif

it depend on what modules you want, if just payroll it will be RM2 per headcount from exabytes services. no other charges required. for more details, check out exabytes website.
if you calculate properly, it is cheaper than UBS, coz no maintenance fees required....

Try ePayroll online from i-Admin, which allows you to process payroll online that comes with payroll reports and electronic payslips and tax forms.

You can choose to use their ePayroll to process payroll on your own or outsource your payroll to them where they will handle all the payroll and statutory administration. If you are interested to know more, visit:i-Admin Website

I can strongly recommend Kakitangan.com Payroll, I've switched to it after trying almost all other software, ended up using outsource services – it's complicated like hell.
Now I run my company payroll by myself – guys did a good job clearing out such a complex thing. I'm in control of my own company again! =)

Hi, I have tried both Kakitangan and HReasily, and I couldn't give HReasily any more credits. They are simply the more user-friendly system out there, they also provide more features and better interface with graphs.

Hi all,

Can recommend which is the best payroll system suitable for SMB? My co only has about 30 headcounts. My boss is just looking for basic payroll that can generate PCB, EA form, Payslip, EPF contribution and can provide computation for both local & expat. staff, fixed salary & commission based salary.

I know there's UBS & MYOB. Any other recommendation? Which 1 is better between UBS & MYOB?

Tks.
