Hi all,
Can recommend which is the best payroll system suitable for SMB? My co only has about 30 headcounts. My boss is just looking for basic payroll that can generate PCB, EA form, Payslip, EPF contribution and can provide computation for both local & expat. staff, fixed salary & commission based salary.
I know there's UBS & MYOB. Any other recommendation? Which 1 is better between UBS & MYOB?
Tks.

QUOTE(louis_nhs @ Feb 17 2009, 11:18 AM) How's the support from HR2k? In terms of updates of program, change in gov. requirements etc. HR2000 has 6 software supports. You can always call in for support. Basically, every week, there will be minor updates of program. You can always download the latest version from their website, but you need to call them to get the password. If there are changes in government or bank requirements, their programmer will apply the changes normally within 1 or 2 weeks. P/S: I worked there before, just resigned last month. If you are interested, I can give you the contact number.

Bcoz no need their support so far. Is really a friendly user software. As i know, they also have a 50 headcounts payroll software, i think is abt 1k+ only. U may try it.

With that budget and I am presuming you got only less than 20 staffs, your options are limited to a) UBS, SQL Payroll. b) unproven payroll software, unproven support, small user based at dirt cheap price. Just make sure you have a scapegoat if it doesn't work. MYOB not updated frequently, hence wasted if they discontinue the software.

Thanks for providing the links. Does it have a LAN based version? If not, what if IRB go after Exabytes for its subscriber payroll data. It is so much easier for IRB to go after 1 data center, than to chase thousands of individuals 1 by 1. Paranoia, maybe. But you can't afford not to be with sensitive data on the web all store in 1 place by 1 company.

Hi JazzyJeff EBizHRM is a web-based HR System and can be accessed anywhere/anytime you have a computer and an Internet connection 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This is more flexible than any system that required you to install in your office computer. Besides, all EBizHRM packages come with security. EBizHRM protects employees' sensitive data using password protection authentication. We also provide File-Level security, encrypted EBizHRM database and offsite server backups.
