I tried plugging my old PS1 arcade stick to the Rockfire USB adapter, then to my PS3. The PS3 recognizes the stick, and I can move about the XMB. Unfortunately, since I don't have SFIV for PS3, I haven't tested how's the handling. If there's even a slight lag in recognizing input, there's no way I can play SFIV with that.

What moves? You mean for tournament or what to press for charge move? Can you be a little specific?

Thanks

To do a charge move, hold the first direction for about 2 in game seconds first.

So let's say you use Guile's Sonic Boom, which is back, forward, punch. You then hold back for about 2 seconds, then press forward + punch.

For charge moves that are super attacks, same thing applies. Balrog (the boxer) has a super that's back, forward, back, forward + punch. So what you do is hold back for two seconds, then press forward, back, forward + punch.

You can charge pretty much anytime. If you're knocked down, you can charge, you're hitting someone, you can charge, you're in the air, you can charge, the round is starting, you can charge. Make use of this.

You can also charge two directions at once. All charge attacks start with either back or down, so if you press downback, you're charging both at the same time.

Darkstalker,

Great detailed explaination...and if you can master this, practically you can make use of it for a huge counter attack.

And you will be invinsible !!!

Oh! I forgot one more.

Balrog (the boxer) has a charge attack where you hold all three punches or kicks to do his Turn Punch.

Same as before, hold either all punches or all kicks for at least 2 seconds, when you let go it'll come out. Just like before,y ou can charge anywhere, but you can only release this attack when you're on the ground.

EDIT: More importantly, you can charge this, and downback at the same time... smile.gif
