That is how Nokia probably test it.

Or, you can try with 012 and 016 SIM card. Leave and no touch. Preferably no one call the numbers.

Previously I notice 012 drain more than 016 on my N6230.

The application itself, takes up battery power. Try leave it running and how long your battery can last.

I know, I'm not testing how long my battery will last. Just wanted to compare to other N82 users to see if mine is normal.

Does anyone know any application (or it is in-built, just that I didn't notice?) that will capture multiple photos at once. Like capturing 5 photos straight so that you can pick the one that look the best?

I remember having that feature when I'm still using K800. Pretty useful especially when you're taking group photos.

Found it.

Built-in. Select sequence mode > Burst (or other variant that you prefer).

I thnk the burst function reduces the quality of a picture. Not so sure though.
*
I'm thinking the same. Doesn't look as good as normal single capture. Maybe it's because the camera didn't focus when it's on burst mode?

By the way, the battery says "Charging voltage limit: 4.2V", but the N82 charger, AC-5X output is 5.0V. Will the battery gets too hot when you're using Wi-Fi or mp3 etc?

Won't get hot? My original (I hope it is, AP phone lol) battery gets hot whenever I charge it or use the phone extensively. Now I'm hesitating whether to get it or not, since you're only doing this for once sad.gif

hmm? really? i tot most of the time the battery will get hot when u charge it?
anyway, u take out the casing and touch it, or u just feel the back of the casing is hot?
if it's the back of the casing is hot, it happens a lot to me also, when i am playing games for a long time, watch long videos..all will make the back of the phone heat up..it's normal
*
Touch just the case. Gets hot pretty easily, but not over hot lah, just moderate.

Ace, how long to fully charge this battery? Normal battery takes about 1hrs 45 mins to charge from empty to full.
*
Mine takes just slightly over an hour. What charger you're using?

9 months old battery. It's not the battery that's having problem, it's the indicator.

Not really indicator problem. Previous 3-4 bars, still can last me 0.5-1 day. Or I can even online for 20-30 minutes before low batt comes out. Now immediate come out.  doh.gif
*
Meaning the actual battery life is only 1-2 bars, but it's displayed as 3-4bars? No?

I wonder how is the battery life measured. Is it by percentage or the amount of mAh left? If it's percentage, then it might not be the indicator's fault, since it might be the overall battery capacity that's declining?

Used it for 9 months, occasionally brings it to the bathroom along for music while bathing. Still working fine.

Nokmote is fun, for the first 5 minutes. It's freaking hard to control and I just don't see the point of using it, unless you wants to play games using it.

The Snake game that comes with the N82 sucks. I prefer the old version on those black & white screen, like those in 8210.

Start squeezing every drop of battery juice available and report how long it can last. Also report if it becomes hot and any potential to explode rolleyes.gif

Thanks agent Batman.
