i ady bank in the full amount for the cupcakes i order
then v agree to meet up at pj ss2 2pm
and i arrive sharp at two but the seller dint show up
sms her never reply
call her never pick up
then later only sms me back and say will replace my order double next friday(the cupcakes i order is for valentines)
then i want refund she say she was there so can only refund half
if she was there why she never show up???

im not con ppl la.. something happen to that things damage on transportation.. we also rugi larh.. did the cupcakes for nothing then also willing to refund to u.. better for u la.. and bad luck for me.. aiyohh.. still want start new topic here... better close this topic la.. sent already to those that nothing happen on their order...

BUT in my case, she told me that the Valentines stand finished already.
So need to replace with plain writing only.
Well, I don't really care at first actually BUT what do make me pissed off is that she only told me when I PMed her about my order status.
The thing is she asked me to make the order before 5th February and I do made the order on that day.
She has a lot of time to make sure there is no silly or minor problem with the order.
IF there tend to be a minor problem, I did left my phone number during my order and she could reach me thru my phone about this.
Why must wait for me to ask about the order status and then only told me that the stand is "habis"?
I asked few times thru PM on her phone number but she never tell me, so I just assumed the number on her avatar is hers.
I decided to communicate and ask her thru LYN since there is no confirmation about her contact number.
Since its already late at night and I don't have any backup plan for my Valentines and I already made the payment to her and she never did tell me that I can refund so I think I should just continue with the order and reply her PM to confirm to come on the COD day.
I bet she won't tell me about this until I go and COD with her tomorrow (Sunday).
Maybe during COD she says, "Alaa, forgot to tell you the stands finish already la, bla bla bla". whistling.gif

When I check my PM box tomorrow, she told me that I can still cancel my order and ask for refund. So I just straight away reply her that I want to cancel the order and asked her for a full refund.
After a while, she replied my PM saying that I cannot refund because I did not reply her PM last night
She never did tell me that I need to reply for refund before last night than suddenly tell me I can ask for refund?

so the conclusion is tat, i want to cancel my order n request a refund of RM35 to my account..

If my math is right, RM40 / 16 cupcakes = RM2.50 per piece.
She told me she kena charge extra because the two requested design is a bit "susah" to do and she need to ask her friend to do it for her.
WTH I responsible for the extra charge? She the seller and she set the price RM40 then thats it la.
Before you sell anything you should include all this thing what, the "upah", materials, bla bla bla.
Why suddenly easy2 charge people? Same like blaming us the buyer for the problem the seller encountered.

Finally she SMS me and decided to refund me RM29, one ringgit less from the actual price I asked for.
I did not reply her and I just "mengalah" for RM1.

This matter could be solve without any massive argument.I think ann_stasia should inform TS early regarding the cupcake is spoil during the journey.Don't make people waiting for u.It's really annoying.But for the TS,u should clarified it early if u still want the cupcakes coz to make cupcakes will need some time.

yeah.. he never understand.. we r too kind to refund u back.the cupcakes cream melt on the way to his place because of hot weather now..supposedly we not responsible if there any unfortunate circumstances (i.e. weather, road conditions, etc...) beyond our control..

hello????i never blame you for the damage cupcakes.you never tell me what happen at the first place,if you tell,v can work out sth right,and as a buyer,i have right to know.and things won be so complicated if you just tell the truth at first place.i was like a dumb person waiting for you there.call her never pick up.i somemore stil agree to take the damage cupcakes...

You dont even bother to reply sms and emails from your buyer , how you expect us to buy from you in the future ?

I dont know about you guys but if you have taken the order and you can't make it , I'll be very pissed off. It's not about the refund , it's about the commitment - the deal and trust between the seller and the buyer.

what i didnt update.. for the 2nd case.., he said will collect on 14.. i should receive the new stand wordings stock on 13 but didnt receive the stock.. so on 13 i told him that the stand finished.. and also told him if he want me to refund or just get it with hand writing.. i didnt do the cupcakes yet that time.. then he didnt reply me.. so i did for the whole night all the cupcakes for the next day ordered.. then tomorrow morning he replied dont want to take that cupcakes.. he is from kajang and im from gombak too far for him to take the cupcakes.. and i think it is only the reason he want me to refund.. y didnt reply yesterday on 13? n y didnt call me? he paid for my cupcakes not my hp bills.. dont think that only him get mad.. i also get mad have to woke up for the whole night and did the cupcakes with his special superman and supergirl design wut so ever.then he asked me for refund next day but i also refunded.. bullshit la.. when i ask him reply that time la.. y should wait till tomorrow morning?!!! i dont even mind have to woke up for the whole night cozi want my cupcakes fresh when u receive it..
