mine is ori set.. i've sent the phone to SE in amcorp already. the technician said he will update the OS n usually it will be ok but it still happens.. any idea what else i should do?

i never bought ap set before so have no experience in it... as for the ori set, c901 is still more expensive tho... it's rm200 extra! if rm100 extra, i'll go for ori lar... but rm200 for a RM700+/- set... not worth it i wud say...

neway knuckleballer, why u sold off ur set so fast? really that boring ha? entertainment no good ka? like mp3 music playback quality?

yup boring. if u look closely u can see my screen the clock and stuff layout is different than usual c901. that phone i mod abit nothing else to do already so sell.
mp3 playback basically all SE also same. can hardly hear difference(especially on Mega Bass). this phone is a good all rounder. basically can say what oso good.

good :

1- peach : stylish
2- compact & fit well into palm
3- camera 5mp is best in class(xenon included)
4- use 8gb m2 no lags
5- screen is darker and colours look more vibrant(dont really know how to explain)
6- keypad may look small but after some getting used to, its a gem
7- not many people using.

drawbacks :

1- no 2ndary camera for 3G calls
2- slider for camera opens easily when u slide into pocket
3- package doesnt come with USB cable nor Memory card(not even a 256mb)

that basically sums up my comments IMHO

thx for a wonderful comment on the c901... actually, i'm buying it for my gf... i myself don find se hp attractive... but it's good in camera wise and also in music...

for tis set, i chose it is bcoz it have a good cam with xenon flash... hehe...

btw, with xenon flash on board... does the batt last long on normal usage of calls, sms and a few round snap snap? hehe...

perfect choice. buy the peach coloured one. im sure ur GF will like it.

battery life is like most other SE Phones. xenon flash usually activates if u snap in low lighting conditions. if u take most of your pics in broad daylight, im sure battery wont be a problem. probably extreme usage will result in 2 days per charge. i usually charge my phone every night before sleeping

buying one... either peach or black... silver i don find it attractive...

last time i was considering c510 too (save on my poket mar... design wise almost the same as c901...) but found out that it's sucky on the camera... alot of noise on all the pix taken... tat's why i opt for c901 instead tho alil xpensive...

c510? dont. camera really nothing to shout about apart from the face and smile detection.
c901 would be the better bet.
also, u better check out the black unit in the flesh as it doesnt look as good as the pictures u see via the net(IMHO la).

yes... that's why i'm now putting c510 aside d... choose c901 better... but for c901, i'll go for ap set but if it's c510, i'll opt for ori set... price wud be the same of ori c510 and ap c901...

black really not that attractive ha? from de net on de pix looks ok ar... if got chance, i'll go se store check and test de real set... hehe...

yeah better check the real set. they usually display dummy sets @ se centre. maybe u can check it out
yeah better opt for AP. this phone not famous for SW/HW prob.

however, if u happen to be near sunway pyramid, check out their SE centre. for me thats the best centre. displayed C901 C903 Yari.

now only i know the package doesn't come with USB cable, i thought every hp package will have that?? not even memory card ..means we need to buy separately the usb cable..
