Guys,
How to improve search functions in Contacts?
Currently,it'll search only by First Name Or Last Name only...
if it can search BOTH First & Last name is good enough...

e.g contacts list

Kedai Kak Yah
Kak Yah Tailor

when we search "Yah"...with current function it won't list out any of contacs above.
Is there is a way, when we search "Yah",it'll show both contact lists...?

TQ.

Finally got myself a peach colored c901.

So far so good. Only grudge with this phone is that certain times it the display dims itself. Even at 100% i find it not so bright to view...

Spent an entire afternoon testing. The default compression and file size is actually quite optimized.
No difference found at all actually no matter how I change it sad.gif

haha.. i think cant la...

you should rename it

Yah (Tailor)
Yah (Kedai)

sure easy icon_rolleyes.gif

i store my family member bank accounts number in as contacts.. easier to bank in money when at the bank..

all put initial "Akaun bank XXX (bank type)"
XXX is family members name

easier to search.. thumbup.gif

That's the ambient light sensor at work, which helps you to prolong battery life by dimming your screen when there's no need for a bright display ie. when you're in a dark room. Sometimes it dims itself if you cover the sensor itself (which is located beside the earpiece) by accident so if that happens, be sure to point the sensor to a light source so that your display becomes bright again nod.gif

Hi guys,

Im very unfamiliar with handphones.was reading comments all around.

I was thinking of getting C901 and choosing between C903. And the reason C901 I choose is because of the extra xenon flash feature.
However, c903 has a-gps and nicer design.

would like to ask how much do I need to pay to have the gps service? I heard of buying maps and installing software etc...Some friends advice me that its handy to have it and another friend of mine telling me that u can search online Google the location before you going and there is little chance I will be using gps.

I do know that c903 ap price is 300 more than c901 right??

Correct me for the info that I have just written is wrong. I need to hear some comments and views from you guys.

Thanks. smile.gif

If you want better pic quality and that xenon flash for night pics, go for c901.

If you want nice design, gps, acceptable camera quality and larger screen size go for c903.

Too bad c901 has better pics and xenon flash, else I would have went for the c903 myself. Always preferred a slider phone over candybar.

how much u got ur C901 for anyway?

yeah basically i go for C903 just for the style and design.
the back part of the phone is just like Sony's T-series cameras biggrin.gif

and the screen is 2.4 for c903 and 2.2 for c901 smile.gif

1. rm740 for ap, for ori topup lagi plus minus rm300
2. easier said, cannot. SE phone can open .txt files. (notepad)
3. can install trekbuddy, but since this phone has no gps, so u need to navigate the map manually using d-pad. (offline mode)
4. battery life ok. normal 3 days.. medium 2 days, heavy 1 day. if just standby doing nothing 1 week also can..

5. powerpoint cannot.
