they save 0.5kg paper for each small package..
they even throw out the user manual, now you can read the manual inside c901 itself, no need paper..

it's good also they doesnt include the cable, because someone really does not use it at all..

yes, i wont work because this is for C901 ONLY, if u want modded driver for W995, try look around on esato..
find the W995 punya..

manual saturation control in modded camdriver.
default saturation (at 0 EV) in this driver is slightly higher than ori camdriver saturation default.
so far so good. pics come out better color especially when doing macro without flash.

arabic keypad

if you got arabic keypad set, sure it's ap la, but not necessarily means if non arabic keypad is all ori..
i got mine with normal keypad, with APAC-ANZ firmware.. an it's AP, not ori.


btw,

just to show you that now C901 can take macro shots without flash burning the subjects by using a little hack/technique, provided you installed edited camdriver by Jigonx,

using mriley tips,
set iso to 100, set to sports mode, set macro focus, close camera cover, open camera with those settings and flash should fired.



same settings as above, but this point, i didnt get green dot because this is abit nearer than before, just to prove that this is MACRO SHOT with XENON FLASH FIRED!


this is what you get with SPORTS MODE and auto ISO settings. Flash still fired, provided you used the 'hack' before.

glad i bought C901,
now that it has the best of both world mobile photoghraphy,
the myth that says only "led flash mobile phone can take clean macro" is totally busted

of course i'll take C901...
wifi and gps on a mobile phone tak best lah..

do you pasang you back cover properly?

to test the camera switch,
open back cover, (turn on phone)
press the white switch, (if pressed means camera mode, if unpressed, camera off)

if no problem, then maybe your back cover doesnt fit properly..

if you see the metal part at the cover,
got small black thing 'timbul' to touch the switch when you slide out the camera cover..

so make sure the thing touches the switch when slider open..

i dunno, maybe you need to put your cover very2 tight..

i gave you the idea how the switch works, so, now it's up to you lah...
i cannot do anything because the phone is not in front of me

latest is R1ga028 maybe, but definitely mine is not the latest..

however, i tried to do fw update via seus, but seus says i already have the latest one..

on paper yes, but so far many people still can claim,
last time i claim warranty for my c702 twice.. i mod only the camdriver mah..

u mod the driver no one will notice lah..
lagi pun, modded camdriver will be erased / rest back to original after firmware update..

unless u mod cybershot to walkman,
or to other model.. later the shop keeper ask you

or you mod physically, like addding more lights, put big2 speaker, put extended screen, too obvious

arabic or thai writings on keypad, doesnt matter..

i replaced the ori camdriver with the modded one already..
gambar becomes more beautiful, well saturated...

here in MIAT, maxis no signal, normally phone will consume more battery power..
but here still i got to recharge after two days of moderate usage.

from what i know, if there is less coverage in your area, more battery power is consumed because the phone keep looking for network coverage..

it doesnt matter digi, celcom, or maxis..
less coverage = phone is struggling to get network coverage
full coverage = phone happy lah...

maybe c903 no demand..
while c901 popularity keep increasing, that's why price not changed that much..

i bought c901 in may last year, price was RM740 for ap..
