if you're running XP.. than 2GB is sufficient...

if me.. I would take 2GB 1066MHz.... especially if i'm using AMD system...

If u r using AMD, go for the timings. If you are using intel, go for FSB/RAM Speed. Just my 2 cents =P

OCU is not your personal army to ask which kit to let go. Go and benchmark your rams using everest bandwidth test or memtest86 or even sandra then decide which to let go,

4-4-3-8 would be real sweet even if its 800 as in DDR2 rams, timings affect the performance more than freqs (in benchies that is)
