I have 2 pair of ram & i want to let go 1 pair. Wanna check with u guys which is better??

1. 2 x 2gb running at 800mhz @ 4-4-3-8-11-2T

2. 2 x 1gb running at 1066mhz @ 5-5-5-15-24-2T
