I like the sengoku also.
May be I am not that familiar with old musha series, I dont see how similar the new kits' design to the old ones.
I like those, some more they have a lot of parts.
Not like that stupid RX-78-2.

In Penang, I will only recommend one shop la, Modelland near Perangin Mall.
Plan to go tomorrow, but not sure it open tomorrow or not.

Sunday, may be noon opened, but all the time, I will pick night time (8-9pm) to go, coz sure he oredi opened that time.

By looking at the picture, it looks like Zhou Tai (left) wasn't that short (may be shorter a bit only)
But Liu Feng should be very short compared with the rest seeing that he doesn't even have the leg part.

I dont think anyone from here like that 'sangokuden gaiden', especially the kits are now shorter in the size.
Honestly, I dont mind they use back the old mold, but at least, put some effort to make them the same size.

Even the pirated one is making better progress than Bandai.

They created new mold for new design instead of stealing Bandai's mold.
These kits even have names on the feet.
Although their kits don't look that nice as Bandai's one (very obvious on the quality of the plastic), but still at least they put in efforts.

But Bandai that we supported all the time just moving backward, using its 30th anniversary to milk our money on that RX-78-2.
Imagine how many RX-78-2 we have for all the grades that we have in the market.

Sigh...

Sanguo series is ok, but not that sangokuden gaiden (is it how it being called?)
Still have a lot of nice kits from Sanguo series.
Personally, I like that Lv Bu, Liu Bei Emperor mode, Ma Cao, Huang Zhong, and the recent one Gong Ming.

Even they keep on releasing the small soldier, I dont mind coz this is what we are asking for all this time.
(Keep on hoping there will be release for small soldier, but sad thing is still dun have zaku soldier)

Actually the most serious remold happens during SEED series, imagine how many Blaze Zaku we have....
And also the astray.

If I am not mistaken, they purposely did that. Thats why they put it in Sangoukuden gaiden (三国外传).
In musha series, this seems to be a used method (always get old character from past and do something like back in future stuff) to create more characters (to be released).

Bandai purposely get Xiang Yu and Liu Bang back to help (their business) in Sanguo series.

Clever Bandai, using back sanguo small soldier mold for its new series' soldier.

Ya lor, recently the BB release looks like very active.
Last time the release is not that frequent.

May be one release each month.
But now 3-4 kits per month. Some more is no longer 500 yen now. The cheapest also 600 yen oredi.
I can't afford that many anymore now.

Seems like Sanguo series has make a lot of money for Bandai.
If not, Bandai wont release so frequent.

By the way, this weird behaviour is not only happen on SD.
In HG also after Gundam 00.
Almost release all model kits in gundam 00 series oredi.

If SD seed series, then best la ni.....

Luckily I didnt kena any poison of HG, if not, sudah pinjam 'ah long' lo....

Ya, macross really much more expensive than gundam.
My interest starts to shift a bit to macross oredi....
