i went through my ACL reconstruction on 14/12/2008 (it's my 21 birthday)
tomorrow morning i will go to gym with my sport science fren to do my ACL rehab...
what i know is we have to take pre-workout meal to maximise our workout...
i dunno wat to take....
and also post-workout
my height is 162cm, quite short
and my weight is 55kg
i also want to get shape for my upper body,
after my ACL rehab finish, i want to get shape for lower body
