Do you need to go for any more 'follow-up' surgery or etc?

Wow, 1.6km ....
How was it? Any pain etc what so ever?

no exactly surgery but rehabilatation in gym
today i have to go to orthopaedics surgeon at hospital klang becoz i stay at UiTM shah alam,
i done it in hospital kota bharu
and i will be forwarded to physiologist to do rehab...

i felt pain, that's why i stopped, but i felt that my left knee stronger than before i went through my surgery....
it's okay not to do ACL reconstruction surgery, but u are exposed by other knee ligament injury like PCL and collateral ligaments becoz ur ACL are already torn....
i'm still young and i want to try many more sport.... i felt satisfied when i play many sport... laugh.gif
i play futsal, badminton, volleyball (fav sport), frisbee and many more...
now i'm into body building laugh.gif
safer than any other sport.....

I read an article once that you should train your other leg/arm that is not injured.
Because some of the strength can transfer to the other limb which is not trained. Also to help prevent your other limb from becoming too weak and lose muscles.

I guess some pistols and weighted step ups with one leg will help your other leg when it heals properly.
