the fact that use cap ayam casing shows that their hardwares aren't that high ended ..

high end graphic cards on full load will disperse quite alot of heat .. let alone SLi / CF

how about OCed Graphic Card ? Processor ? Ram ? all of them will produce massive amounts of heat ..


try imagine yourself "overclocked" or in other words .. exhausted from running 100metres in 10second and you are stuck in a small room with small windows ..

compare the small room with small windows with a room which has big fans and big windows ..

yeah, i could understand that, but would the effect be significant, like, if i have those uber stuff in my Elite 330 casing, compared to those who spent about RM1000 for Cosmos S or something

regarding Cosmos S .. i can't say anything much ..

even HAF932 is believed to have the most Air Flow in Cooler Masters product .. and it cost only RM500 max ..

depends one, my cap ayam casing got no fan for PSU and only put 80mm fan max
side panel one blow in between mobo and GC...

cap ayam casing oso depends lar. come are really bad. usually cap ayam casing their exhaust fan mounting area the holes are small. making the air flow get lowered and if u install really strong fan on it then it will become freaking noisy.

the cm690 side panel fan is directly beside graphic card. not PSU..
u dun need fan to blow PSU. u just need to make sure ur PSU area got ventilation so it can take in fresh air. for those cases that pasang PSU on top of the case the PSU doubles as 2nd exhaust. stock HSF of intel procs the air is dispose all around it so if u have top mounted PSU with a fan at the bottom then host air will be sucked into the PSU then out of the casing.
so those who overclock their processor or have a really hot processor is recommended to have a strong back exhaust fan and if possible a HSF for the CPU which blows the heatsink to the back direction.

yeah koki..dun need to give face to them. just complain, coz they won't know who you are anyway. unless you are someone big, then maybe you have to think twice about reputation. they should have told you they did not have stock, or tell exactly when the stock will arrive, instead of giving empty promises and keeping you waiting.

bro try uninstalling RAID
coz last year when i ngam ngam installed my rig i installed RAID 0, then it lagged
maybe because one of my drives are PATA..
Anyway, just try uninstalling RAID, or take out other drives besides C:\

might be some general bios issue lar. me and most of my friend kena b4.. just go over to ur bios and load factory default settings.
my friend formatted his PC and flashed his bios just to find out just the stupid bios problem. pissed like hell since have to reinstall everything. big hassel. hahah
my biostar however became like this after i change back to stock speed. i got confused coz on overclocked settings it's ok.

b4 you do if u overclocked your PC please note down ur settings as they MIGHT be erase all together.

he is on a newer x38 chipset motherboard so the raid driver shouldn't cause the problem as the old intel 865,875,915 chipset which raid is just an extra support.
i have 2 sata hdd 1sata dvdrw and 2 pata hdd. raid drive shouldn't cause the problem on newer chipset
my experience on my old 865 chipset is without the raid drive when i transfer file from my sata hdd to pata hdd or vice versa the whole PC will came crawling slower than turtle. even the file transfer speed is very damn slow
