Aviation Australia is having their next intake on 4th October 2010. Whoever interested for more information on the course and the institution, feel free to contact us at the details given below for a free counselling session and also admission.

One of the advantages of studying in EASA Part 147 Approved School is you need minimum 2 years to apply for LAME after your course! If not, you can study in any college and sit for the EASA examination on your own but it will be easily more than 5 (usually 7 to 8 years) years to get your license. And apart from this, the college also must have operational aircrafts for the students to practice and learn.

Please contact us for more details on Aviation Australia and the admission process. Cheers and best of luck!

There are many who have EASA's LWTR.
Most took DCA's Paper 1 exam, passed and issued DCA's LWTR before being locally type rated.
Are you aware that having an LWTR(EASA or BCAR Section L) has NO PRIVILEDGES what so ever?
*
Uhm.. So is it still acceptable for easa' lwtr engineer sign the work schedule??

No but briefly I have been in the industry for the last 30 years. Was with MAS, Transmile Air, AIROD Sdn. Bhd and AirAsia.
Now I'm in a private sector involved with aviation training.
Fair enough?

To be honest, I think this field is hard to get a job especially in 145 organisation in Malaysia unless u have some kind of "relation" to help u get the job. Get a job oversea, don't have to think about it because visa and qualification is the problem as well as residency and citizenship. All the thing I mentioned is for those fresh graduate and not even a lwtr. So what I concerned is the time of the validity Easa examination credits expired before I finish collect the work schedule. All together 5 years I guess? Within 5 years must be finishing all the examination and collect all the work schedule perhaps? Or not?

Lol thx god b2 can be applied to rotorcraft~~no extra module to sit?? actually it is much easier to get a job in rotorcraft company than fixed wings although I study the b1.1.... Somemore the salary is much higher than working with airlines... Haha that's what my instructor say.. smile.gif
