Memang like that..similiar to opening photos in N85..known issue. Not sure which one you mean, but the "special" shortcut key which prompt up a menu for everything..that memang lagging

Just test my gps in various different places. If new place..take around 2-3 minutes...if i just use before...less then 10 sec. Not the best..but very satisfied
