You mean once you bought the phone already quite lag? Then you go and reformat the phone become perfect?

i bought a second hand phone fr yupio (1 mth used)
whn i took it fr him...it was vr lag...
after i format...ok d..
but for the pictures gallery...pre or post format still the same..
last time my phone lag till got 1 round icon came out at the top right corner (like a loading signs in computer) whenever i open an applicatons or 1 2 type sms

you mean turn it into a TORCH light right? nice. i dont think it will suck a lot of batt power since it's led..

now only the black front, copper side/back colour of N85 available right? whole black i heard 29th march only out in US?

i depends on one's preferences ..some will like n97 and it's qwerty keypad and much much larger screen.
some will like n96 or n86's design. in terms of design, i would say each N series phone has it's pros and cons and lastly it all boils down to user preference.

1. Format the phone (remember to backup anything that u want to keep like sms etc)
2. Format the memory card remember to backup any files that u want to keep)
3. Update to the latest firmware using nokia software updater. it's advisable to use nokia pc suite rather than n-series suite as it's more stable on both vista and xp (still being the most stable platform as of yet)

but worry about laggy only
cause N series sure will lag a bit

that's the NAM version, only for north american market i believe. but i hope it'd be a worldwide release!

haha count me in, if n86 launching price is sky high. otherwise, 'm goin for the white one.

i think that nokia will not release the black edition for other continents because of
1. mass production of the original colours and the numbers of n85 still in the market.
2. it would also differentiate between NAM and other normal n85 (this is quite important for the US market because nokia doesnt want people scamming the us market and selling non-NAM N85 because it would look exactly alike. 3g on the normal n85 doesnt work in the us.)

that's why i'm keeping my hopes low..

hi friend... my phone at first serve smooth but lag later on(mean if i used it to read ebook or doing search on contact... it lag... or slow.... esp using it to read ebook... contact one only happened once)... so what's happen here?

my external memory is roughly 6G and internal memory is still 5.6MB
fyi, my ebook kept inside my external memory... is that prob?
and yet i kept a lot of ebook ... i think roughly 5-6 books or more... but the size is definitely small right?

may i know why it lag? how to solve it? i am damn bored with the lagging

i hate re-format coz i dont know how to re-format and need to send back to the shop

any other suggestion besides re-format? Actually what's goes wrong?
