Just installed CE-Star bundle with the TP, do I need to register it or just leave it as is....

U mean like the contact number not shown in full and a row of alphabets on the right side of ur contact list?

But I remember before my very 1st hard reset today, those contact in my list can show their contact number in full and there is no right side bar with alphabets...

Did u recently flash to a new rom? If you do so, it is a contact plugin that you have at the side. It's a very useful and common plugin people use. And it could possible because the side plugin in has taken some space away and thus not able to show full number. Try ask someone how to disable that side plugin. I'm lazy to seach the whole xda for that answer

Any recommendation applications for Missed Calls / SMS alert? Prefer freeware if possible.

i'm using both Mapking 2007 and Garmin Mobile XT v5.00.20wp version...

both are working fine here.....

apparently after applying the GPS tweak, my Mapking can log on much faster [ approx < 10 sec ] while Garmin is still the same [ approx 20-30 sec ]

but how to use the geotagging photo function after enable it?

anyone has noticed that at the edge of the touch screen is relatively less sensitive than centre part? i mean when you are trying to tap on the "start" "X,cross" "All message" or "menu" which is at the 4 corner of your screen doesn't response swiftly enough, and sometimes you gonna press harder for the second....

same force is not needed at the centre. Do you notice this petty difference? is it normal? or it's screen problem and i have to send it to SIS for a thorough check up?

i am using Garmin as my GPS, just wonder where could I download updated maps? are they free for download?

i am using my TP as my blackberry device and i must say, i prefer to use my TP vs blackberry bold cos i could also attach my excel files to my emails .. now i like my TP even more .. hehe

by the way, i am looking around for leather case for my TP but seems like all the shops are selling capdase case only .. any suggestion/?

@oldnewspaper, i wanna add your tweak to the first post. But can you confirm that the tweak for active sync kill has been enabled? i dun see it in the list and IMHO its a very important tweak, else Active Sync will keep starting up for no reason

i would suggest these steps:

1. update the new rom
2. perform a hard reset
3. install netCF 3.5
4. finally install the tweak version of your choice...

happy updating ! 

some update on this new rom...

there's some improvement in terms of the TF3D and GPS...compare to the old stock rom

but after the applying the tweak [ V2 with D3D driver ] ....read inside...



will update others later....

but overall is worth the update! remember to apply the tweak ya !
