to those whog ot the game already, is the loading really THAT bad?

Depends on how you look at it.
It isn't as bad as it sounds definitely.

But when the 360 version doesn't have issues like this, you'd be dumbfounded why you're paying more for a way crappier version.
And that's something I don't like.

yup bad, sometimes I even think twice to go Gate of Hell for shopping item and upgrade skills

but all not ruin the game play that is

Its smooth if you've never played the 360 version.
But once you do.... the PS3 version is a mess....

Even so, it is still fairly enjoyable.
But could have been more really.

My conclusion, not worth the full price.

so it takes some "time" for loading... no option to install eh? hope for an update, kinda waste seeing awsm game from xbox360 turn out to be worse on ps3.

I think that's the Jap one due to the non obvious non english writings on the side.

The Japanese copies do have the English subtitles and voice acting.

i believe that is the asian one....notice there is a chinese word at the side binder........sometimes asian versions of japanese games have japanese words on them.....just that the game and manual is chinese/english.....

Although this game has some major FLAWS, however it's highly enjoyable. I recommend it to anyone who like NGS, DMC, GOW etc.

Buy it 2nd hand or rent it, you won't regret it.

Hey guys I thought they gonna fix the load times and graphics for us version, I heard they ask sony team to fix it, so hopefully it comes out better than jap and r3 version. I'm waiting for reviews / response for the fixed R1 version which should come out tomorrow.

I heard the game is short, bak kata ajis. Is it really short?? If it is, a rent for me.

Apparently no fix..... They should just include an optional installation option for us.....

The game is about 14 Chapters long.... Although there are not much chapters, it is quite challenging on normal so, gameplay time is more......
