you compare your laptop with these ah brows.gif

Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Vista Service Pack 2
Intel Pentium 4 (or equivalent) CPU running at 3,2GHz or higher (3.4GHz for Windows Vista)
1GB RAM (Vista 2GB)
10 GB of free space
256 MB RAM with Pixel Shader 3 (PCI-Ex)

worst come 2 worst you buy alienware laptop lo...estimate can get AUD 8K the cheapest of the cheapest since aussie market 4 top end PC is very small only laugh.gif

I gone to gametrailers.com and guess what make my eye BIG ... "LAGUNA SECA circuit"... Hei EA, what are you doing?

Well I means, it still fine no matter what they do with NFS, as long as it is better and focus on the racing.

That Laguna Seca circuit really bring back those pain memories of mine in GrandTurismo... I would ONLY dare to drive that circuit with 4WD/FWD cars...

Hei brother Chapree, maybe we can have some race later =)

The first part of the circuit are some really tight S corners, expect some crashes... then almost at the end, you go up-hill lil'bit, then a damn narrow S-DOWN-HILL... that is the most nightmare corner ever in any racing games I play...

I hope NFS:Shift won't have alot of GranTurismo circuit... Duh it hurt time... Seattle? Well I already have enough crash on that circuit in GRID... Those AI are... deadly.

Well, I was hoping NFS will go NIGHT once again, illegal racing again, perhaps Japanese as well... Night-Time-Illegal-Racing feels more right for NFS... Like NFSU and NFSU2...

I looking forward to smoke brother Chapree later end of the year... (Hei I will stay at Shah Alam for a while before moving to Kajang)

Yeah my skills when I was playing GT was not as good as today... LOL... Oh and, I become "do-not-like" RWD car also because I play too much GT... LOL! So whenever I play racing, I tends to go for 4WD/FWD... Usually Japanese cars.

End of 2009 will be pretty "crowded" instead. NFS:SHIFT, S.TA.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat, DiRT2... what else? And the waiting of HALO LEGEND... (wait, that means I would be spending more times on DiRT2 rather than NFS... sweat.gif )

LAguna Seca IS the track to race at the USA. It's the only old school track that I loved in the country due to it's hilly nature. Gran Turismo circuits? That circuit is a real life one used in many racing series, thus why not? The fact that you EXPECT some crashes means that you need to change the way you drive.

gotta agree with linkinstreet, if you're playing a simulator, you do NOT expect to crash tongue.gif you gotta know the track like the back of your hand, especially blind downhill curves like LS tongue.gif

Well yeah. Those tracks already become "classic" or something like that, high quality tracks. But well, sometime when we play games we just try to push push and push, push it hard, or try something 'dangerous'. Why race if we're not pushing to the limits? But well, sometime we really push too hard... LOL! That's why I crash.

I can't choose not to push, cuz those AI are pushing me...

Well talk about AI... I hope NFS can have better AI... I didn't quite find that NFS AI are that challenging than other games...

Btw, do you think a laptop like Asus M50Vn can play NFS:SHIFT... ? Or some Asus K series that have Mobile GT1xx GPU...

Sim Racing is never about pushing, it's about pacing yourself, and slamming those consistent lap times. You are confusing that with Arcade Racing. In sim racing, the more you push, the more likely you will go slower as you will miss your braking point, lock up, have to correct your steering more, etc. Rushing is not an option. You need to analyse wether or not you CAN make the pass, isntead of just passing straight away just for the sake of it.
Try reading this interview by the Malaysian Sim Racers.

In other news, PC version will have multiple monitor capability
