Go to [Start]>[Settings]>[Today]>[Items] and check Windows Default.

That's the main problem with Diamond.

Sell it and get a D2

You bought new and never flashed to custom ROM before?

Your device is still running on original firmware from HTC and you've not flashed it with custom ROM before, so you're still on WM6.1.

WM6.1 does not have Titanium.

Yes, Titanium is the default UI for WM6.5

You can start by reading these Complete upgrading guide and Hard-SPL Unlocker or how I learned to stop worring and love the MPU.

After reading and understanding (FULLY) the above guides, choose your ROM HERE.

If can turn on, why want to repair?

Just fooling around.

It totally not lighting up at all? or it just stuck at the boot screen?

What happened?

Was you flashing some ROMs when this happened?

If the "Touch Diamond" appears, it's half-bricked and can be flashed to a proper ROM, but if it's totally not blank, it becomes an expensive paper-weight, fully bricked.

Try send a HTC service center (if there's any) and hope they can do something.

If it's not bricked by flashing, maybe some electronics had fail, some shop might be able to repair it.
